What is IC-RAMP® Technology?

How It Works?

To understand how IC-RAMP works, you must first understand how the skin regenerates. When something happens, like a cut, the skin undergoes a regeneration process starting with the dermis. The dermis is where most aging tends to occur. Inside is the power to create Connective Tissue Growth Factor (or CTGF), which binds with fibroblasts to create new biological support structures within the skin like collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.

INTER-CELLULAR COMMUNICATION

Skin cells are in constant communication with one another. For instance, when the skin is cut, cells at all layers (epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis) get involved in preventing infection and healing the damage. Inter-cellular communication also involves regenerative processes.

As an example, exfoliation of dead epidermal cells triggers the production of new cells at the basal (germinating) layer of the skin
